Nature's Pharmacy or our Mother Nature
The shape of food shows which organ it can heal.
Have you ever wondered why different foods have their specific shapes? Although it may seem comical at first glance, their shape tells us much more about them than we might expect. They highlight the very organs that they can help treat. Judging by the pharmacological basis, there is definitely a logical connection here, and it even works!
We bring you a few examples that will confirm this. So, let's take a look at what the creator wanted to suggest to us
CARROT

If you cut a carrot into slices, the individual pieces look like eyes – the iris and pupil. Not only old wives, but also scientists claim that by eating carrots, we improve blood flow in the eye and thus its functions. Carrots, rich in beta-carotene, also reduce the risk of developing cataracts. It also protects against age-related macular degeneration. This problem affects one in four individuals over 65 years of age. "If you take a beta-carotene tablet every day, it will not have the same effect as eating a high-quality carrot," says scientist John Hopkins from the Hospital in Baltimore, USA.
WALNUT
It looks like a brain, and the markings on its shell look like the cerebral cortex. The important content is also stored under a hard shell. A purely random resemblance? Probably not… It is scientifically proven that nuts help to increase and develop brain function. Nuts should be eaten regularly and in small quantities (approx. 5 pieces per day).
For maximum effect, it is good to chew them thoroughly.
Walnuts are one of the most concentrated food sources of nutrients and have a positive effect not only on the nervous system, but also on the vascular system and the heart.
BEAN
The shape of a bean resembles a kidney, and the bean itself helps to maintain healthy kidney function. They drain, relieve swelling, and cleanse the kidneys. Beans provide a range of minerals and vitamins, and are therefore generally beneficial for human health. If your kidneys are weakened (which affects most people), you will need to increase your bean intake in your diet. The most suitable are large, buttery types of dark-coloured beans, then mung beans (only in summer, as they are cooling) and adzuki beans.
TOMATO
A tomato has 4 chambers and is red, just like our heart, which also has 4 parts – 2 ventricles and 2 atria, and is red. So, the connection is clear. All research shows that tomatoes are full of lycopene, which is very beneficial for the heart and blood. Even in books on Russian folk medicine, you can find "tomato recipes" for high blood pressure (2 tomatoes on an empty stomach).
GINGER
Ginger looks like a stomach and also helps with digestion. Indians and Chinese have been using ginger for over 5000 years to soothe the stomach and cure nausea. Ginger also slows the rate of growth of colon tumours.
CITRUS FRUITS
Do oranges and grapefruits remind you of female breasts? It's no coincidence – they protect against breast cancer. They take care of breast healths and lymph movement in the ducts (especially grapefruit, which is successfully used in the form of essential oil in lymphatic drainage massages).
Avocado
Avocado is good for the healthy functioning of the uterus and the cervix. Modern research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances reproductive hormones, prevents excessive weight gain after childbirth, and may prevent cervical cancer. It even takes exactly nine months for an avocado to ripen. Those are "coincidences", right?
Did you know that avocado is also good for the skin? It contains an incredible amount of vitamins (A, E and D), which are beneficial for your skin. It also helps with collagen synthesis. It is suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
