God's Pharmacy or our Mother Nature 2
The shape of food shows which organ it can heal.
In the first article, we introduced you to foods and what we can treat with them.
Have you ever wondered why different foods have their specific shapes? Although it may seem comical at first glance, their shape tells us much more about them than we might expect. They highlight the very organs that they can help treat. Judging by the pharmacological basis, there is definitely a logical connection here, and it even works!
Let's take a look together at which foods to consume and which organs they benefit.
FIG

Figs are full of seeds, which is likely why the sperm count increases with regular consumption, they move faster, and prevent infertility in men. And apparently, some types of figs even grow in pairs on branches…
BROCCOLI
The small broccoli florets, which are so close together, are very reminiscent of hundreds of cancer cells. A team of researchers at the US National Cancer Institute found that weekly servings of broccoli are enough to reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 45%.
SWEET POTATO or BATAT
Do sweet potatoes remind you of the pancreas? Consuming sweet potatoes helps you balance blood sugar levels, i.e. the glycaemic index in diabetics, and supports the healthy function of this organ. Sweet potatoes are high in beta-carotene, which is a powerful antioxidant and protects all tissues in the body.
ONION
Onions look like our cells, and this vegetable helps to cleanse them. Research shows that onions remove waste products from all body cells. It even produces tears that wash the epithelial layers from the eyes. Garlic is another collaborator, similarly aiding in cell detoxification.
GRAPES
Grapes resemble pulmonary alveoli. A diet high in fresh grapes has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer. Grape seeds also contain chemicals called proanthocyanidins, which reduce the severity of asthma.
BANANA
Yes, the divine medicine cabinet also includes bananas. However, not in connection with an organ in our body, as you might expect. It is said that regular consumption of bananas puts a smile on your face. This popular fruit contains the amino acid tryptophan, which is converted into a neurotransmitter called serotonin during digestion – the happiness hormone. The banana can be called a natural antidepressant because it sets a higher level of serotonin production, i.e. the happiness hormone, in the brain, and thus, of course, a better mood. And from now on, let's get into bananas!
GINSENG
The ginseng root looks like the entire human body and is also a holistic medicine, a so-called panacea, for almost all diseases. That's probably why it was given the apt name 'Asian cure-all'. It is classified as an adaptogen, a plant-based substance without a specific effect on a particular organ or disease, but which has a stimulating effect on the body, enhancing health and vitality. Taking ginseng helps to invigorate, improve all vital functions, metabolism and blood circulation, revive memory, thinking, energy management, bring the body into balance, eliminate exhaustion and make a person feel healthier overall. Its aphrodisiac properties have also been highly valued since time immemorial.
RED WINE
Well, that's probably clear to everyone, because everyone has certainly heard about a miraculous glass of red wine every day for healthy and vital blood cells. Red wine, which is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, including powerful resveratrol, really looks like blood and really benefits it. No, it's not a myth. However, we are talking about two decilitres of wine, which should not be exceeded. Otherwise, the effects will turn negative. Red wine protects against the damaging effects of LDL cholesterol, which can cause heart disease. There is also a compound in red wine that reduces blood clotting, thus reducing the possibility of blood clots, which are associated with strokes and heart disease.
If you found our article and Divine Pharmacy interesting and read to the end, we also bring you a likeness with which we must end our article, and very thematically. Since we are Bioruza and we deal with cosmetics, here is something that Mother Nature has given us also for our beautiful hair – QUININE.
Quinine
What does this quinine bark remind you of? The similarity to our hair will probably not be accidental either, given the effects of quinine on promoting hair growth and strength.
Quinine is a bitter, colourless, powdery or crystalline alkaloid, originally isolated from the bark of the cinchona Cinchona. This active substance was for a long time the only medicine against malaria and is also used against fever. Today, quinine is also used in the food industry, for example in the preparation of well-known quinine drinks (Tonic) as a flavouring and stimulating substance. However, it also has its place in cosmetics and enchants us with its beneficial effects on hair. Quinine is a panacea for our hair! It quickly penetrates the scalp, accelerates microcirculation, strengthens hair follicles, and stimulates the growth of healthy and strong hair. Reduces or completely stops hair loss. Regular care with quinine significantly improves the overall condition of the hair. It makes them thick, elastic and healthy.
If you are one of the girls or women who, unfortunately, suffer from hair loss, then we have a really effective solution for you - Shampoo with QUININE, which you can find on our website:
