Matej Kroutil

As an assistant to the owner of Bioruža, I support the smooth running of the company and contribute to the improvement of everyday processes. I assist with website translations, help with the recruitment of new colleagues, participate in the management of LinkedIn, and conduct research in various areas. I joined Bioruža because I was looking for a job where I could make the best use of my skills to create a real positive impact on the world around me.

In my free time, I enjoy music and sing in a band. I am interested in ecology, a healthy lifestyle, and various scientific topics. I really enjoy cooking, discovering new places, trying new things, and spending time with my dog, who often accompanies me to our office in Prague. I enjoy creating, improving things, and constantly learning. I like to travel and take trips to gain inspiration and experience as much as possible.
