Three types: What does our skin need?

Three types: What does our skin need?

What does our skin need?

We all know what happens to our skin after sun exposure. Dried out from the sun, water, sand, etc. Recently, allergens have also become widespread, which is unusual. Some allergy sufferers experience itchy skin and the like. Therefore, today we will discuss some simple tips on how to help your skin and achieve a good feeling in your own skin.

1.Skin tip

The skin is made up of many cells, which is why their hydration is essential. In warm weather, this is especially important because we sweat more, burn more, and cells need to regenerate. For this process, we need to supply the body with a sufficient amount of H2O. An average person should drink up to 3 litres a day. It's different if you are an athlete, in which case the amount taken should be increased. Water is essential not only for the skin but also for the overall functioning of the body and its organs. Therefore, we recommend drinking a glass of water (approx. 2-3 dcl) every hour. It is very important to sip the liquid slowly, as your body cannot process more than 2-3 dcl of liquid at a time.

2.Skin tip

After a full day in the sun, your skin is tanned, or worse, sunburnt. It's nothing to boast about, but it's just a reflection of your care. Always take a cream with at least a minimum SPF with you, and apply it when you feel the slightest burning sensation from the sun. It doesn't matter if you've just come out of the water or are about to go in. Just keep applying it. If you get burnt, we recommend tried and tested old wives' tales. It is effective, proven and cheap. Apply white yoghurt, which not only has a cooling effect, but also reduces the sensation of heat.

Peeling - scrub. The word 'píling' comes from English. It is a process in which small particles contained in creams and shower shampoos remove dead skin cells. Yes, dead cells are found on the surface of the skin; they are the cells that have 'died' and been replaced by new, young cells. The peeling itself serves for their thorough removal. With regular application, you will achieve smoother skin, and women will experience fewer ingrown hairs after shaving. Peeling is best suited for a maximum of 3 times a week. The rule of less is more applies here. Frequent peeling could lead to skin irritation, which would have adverse consequences. Which peeling is right for me, and where can I buy it? Peeling products are available in every drugstore. There are also companies that focus directly on peeling products. But ultimately, you can "make" a peeling at home. Our simple tip is to have ground coffee beans at home. This way you immediately combine the pleasant with the useful. Brew some coffee and keep the boiled coffee residue in a bowl. In the evening, mix this "coffee" with shower gel and voila - the peeling is ready. And another bonus is that coffee helps fight cellulite. But that's another story. So, if you haven't tried it yet, go for it. That feeling afterwards is definitely worth it.
