What is Chaga and the Hrotlife project?
Introducing the Hrotlife project - inspired by alpine nature
In alpine nature, all living things must adapt to harsh conditions in order to survive.
Stressful city life doesn't directly threaten our lives, but it does adversely affect our health. Chronic digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, sleep deprivation, and addictions to various stimulants are becoming increasingly common and occurring at a younger age. If we turn a blind eye to our body's signals, we can easily find ourselves in a situation where it will be difficult to find our way back to health. That's why we offer effective tools to strengthen the body in the fight against stress and the pitfalls of a 'fast' lifestyle. So that people can continue to progress and not destroy the most precious thing we have - our health.
We are in close contact with manufacturers and regularly test all products that we sell to customers. We choose quality suppliers and products from biodynamic agriculture or wild but sustainable harvesting directly in the forests. The substrates used are re-used as fertiliser in regenerative agriculture as part of a zero-waste approach, thus closing the circle.
Chaga - a natural pharmacy
🍄Chaga is packed with super-substances. In addition to betaglucans, it contains a very powerful antioxidant, melanin (a pigment also found in the skin or hair), triterpenoids - betulin, a full spectrum of essential amino acids, vitamins D and B-group, micronutrients - magnesium, calcium, iron and others.
🍄Chaga extract is among the most powerful antioxidants in the world. The effects of UV radiation from the sun cause free radicals to form in the skin, which cause cells to age. Chaga effectively captures them, thus ensuring an anti-aging effect.
🍄Chaga also acts preventatively against tumours (especially skin tumours) and supports the production of its own collagen, thus benefiting the overall quality of hair and skin.
🍄In traditional medicine, it is mainly used for digestive problems. It has a positive effect on the composition of the intestinal microbiome, prevents the formation of stress-induced stomach ulcers, and acts against certain bacteria, viruses and yeasts. Betaglucans modulate immunity, contributing to the prevention of autoimmune diseases.
🍄For the fairer sex, its analgesic effect on menstrual pain or headaches may be of interest. It has been shown to act through the same enzyme as Ibuprofen.
