Pink baking
Pancakes
To prepare them, mix white yogurt with two tablespoons of almond flour and one tablespoon of semi-coarse flour with baking powder. We add sugar according to our preferences. If the consistency seems too thick, dilute with milk.
We fry the pancakes in a pan coated with oil (using a napkin). Fry over a low heat to avoid burning. They taste great with rose jam, but also with maple syrup, or cream and cocoa. Janka also creatively decorated the pancakes with Alteya rosebuds.

Bread pudding
Cut the sweet bread and soak in milk with three egg yolks. In a heat-resistant dish, gradually layer the sweet bread and curd cheese mixed with a little sugar and fruit to taste (I like peaches, but you can substitute cherries, or any other). Place in the oven, covered, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Finally, whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and bake for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Garnish with lavender flowers for a treat that's pleasing to both the eye and the stomach. :)

Enjoy your meal!
