Shipping and Payment

You can pay for the ordered goods in the following ways:

• Cash on delivery – in cash upon receipt of the goods or by card directly with the courier (selected products cannot be paid for by cash on delivery). 
• Bank transfer – prepayment to the account. To complete the payment, you will need the following details, which you will receive directly by email. Account – IBAN SK63 1100 0000 0029 4006 8012 Variable symbol – order number. Amount – order value.

FedEx

The buyer selects the payment method during the ordering process. When receiving goods by cash on delivery, the buyer receives a proof of payment from the courier. The invoice specifying the purchase price is sent to the buyer by email. Selected products from our range cannot be paid for by cash on delivery. We had to implement this mainly for products that people do not collect or that are manufactured by our company. Shipping for orders over 30 kg is charged at €10.49 incl. VAT. 

We include a gift with every order

We put a piece of our gratitude and joy into every order. We believe that even the smallest gestures can carry great meaning, which is why we lovingly add a small surprise to every purchase.

• Quality testers and samples – we gift you samples and testers of our top products so you have the opportunity to discover novelties and try something new with every purchase.

• Seasonal surprises – we regularly change the selection of gifts depending on the season or special events, so you can explore current and seasonal products.

We pack ecologically

Emerosa takes an eco-friendly approach and therefore we pay attention to how we process and deliver your orders. We strive to pack shipments so that we reuse every single carton and other packaging material.

• Reusing packaging – we are proponents of the “zero waste” concept and therefore strive to maximise the reuse of cartons and other packaging materials that enter our company.

• Rescuing cartons – we proactively communicate with companies in our area to take over packaging materials that would otherwise end up in landfill. This approach not only protects the environment but also enables more efficient use of available materials.

We would be happy if you support our effort to reuse packaging materials. If you have a company with leftover packaging materials you need to dispose of and you are from Žilina, do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly take cartons, boxes or fillers from you, which we use when packing products into customer orders.
