It has been 49 years since the family company Athena's was founded in the historic town of Pianoro, located near Bologna. And here, in the enchanting natural environment at the foot of the Apennine Mountains, it still resides and produces its unique cosmetic products.

The founder of Athena's, Mr. Antonio Venturo, wanted to use his extensive experience gained in the American cosmetics industry to produce cosmetic products with an Italian spirit.

Thanks to the enthusiasm and passion of the entire Antonio Venturo family, significant investments in research and qualified personnel, Athena's has successfully grown. It has introduced its own brand l’Erboristica to the market and has become one of the recognised manufacturers of high-quality natural cosmetics, first on the Italian and then gradually on the global market.

The original, handmade production of soaps for renowned luxury brands has thus transformed into a manufacturer of innovative cosmetic products, whose popularity among women is spreading like wildfire.
