Radoslav Conev

I am the founder of Emerosa, which I established while studying pharmacy. My motivation was clear—to connect my academic knowledge with a practical impact on improving beauty and health care. I am fascinated by experimenting and discovering new active ingredients straight from nature, with the aim of bringing something that truly benefits the skin. I focus on the development and innovation of products and processes to deliver the very best, at the highest possible quality. I film educational videos in which I share my insights and knowledge, and I’m happy to answer all your expert questions about our products.

Half of my family has roots in the Rose Valley in Bulgaria. Perhaps that’s why the rose is my favorite plant and a symbol of the connection between two cultures that have shaped me and Emerosa. In my personal life, I am devoted to my family—my daughter and my wife. In my free time, I love sports—I play water polo, work out regularly, and try to spend as much time in nature as possible. I am fascinated by new technologies and innovations, not only in the world of products, but also in the services we bring to you, our customers. I am always looking for ways to improve the experience with our brand while staying true to my roots and values.

Dimitar Conev

I am one of the founders of our family company, which I built side by side with my son, Radoslav. We always had a clear goal in front of us and common values that united us. In the company, I primarily focus on the logistical and operational side of things - ordering goods directly from Bulgaria and maintaining relations with our suppliers. I am also in charge of the financial flows of our company, which allows me to have an overview of where we are and where we are going. When the situation requires my attention in other aspects of the business, I also cover other operational matters in the company.

Outside of working hours, I love to be in nature. For me, hiking is not only a way to get rid of stress, but also a way to be active and move around. I also enjoy cycling and skiing, which gives me the right amount of relaxation. I am also the chairman of the Club of Slovak Tourists STAVBÁR Žilina, where I, together with other members, try to support and promote this wonderful activity, and at the same time build a community of people who share the same passions and interests.

Matěj Kroutil

As the assistant to the owner of Emerosa, I support the smooth running of the company and contribute to improving everyday processes. I help translate website content, assist with recruiting new colleagues, help manage our LinkedIn presence, and conduct research in various areas. I joined Emerosa because I was looking for a role where I could make the best use of my skills to create a real, positive impact on the world around me.

In my free time, I make music and sing in a band. I’m interested in ecology, a healthy lifestyle, and various scientific topics. I love cooking, discovering new places, trying new things, and spending time with my dog, who often accompanies me to our office in Prague. I enjoy creating, improving things, and constantly learning. I like to travel and take trips to gather inspiration and experience as much that’s new as possible.

Mariana Kondělková

I am a marketing & brand manager, taking care of the visual identity of the Venoc brand, and I am also responsible for our brand Alteya Organics. My passion for natural products—and especially aromatherapy—has led me along my life’s path to this very place: a world where my interests, values, and work beautifully intersect to create something truly unique. My journey into aromatherapy was natural and at the same time fascinating, so I decided to deepen my knowledge in this field by completing courses in which I immersed myself even further in the world of essential oils and their wonderful effects on our body and mind.

In my free time, you’ll find me surrounded by books on aromatherapy; I constantly educate myself and discover new insights, which I then happily apply not only to my work but also to my personal life. I also devote time to my boyfriend and our three cats, who are my little oasis of calm in a busy life. And this beautiful connection between work and personal life enables me to create, innovate, and bring products that are not only high quality, but also filled with passion and positive energy.

Monika Urbanová

At Emerosa, I focus on creative work, mainly designing graphics, advertising banners, and writing various texts. I enjoy being part of a brand that gives me space to learn, develop my creativity, and contribute to both visual and content communication. I like exploring ways to express brand values through visuals and words and to reach customers in an authentic way.

In my free time, I most enjoy spending time with my partner. I love dancing, and movement is a natural part of my everyday life – even if it’s just a short walk. I enjoy reading and traveling, as both give me inspiration and fresh perspectives. I also like to find time for painting or drawing, whether on canvas or digitally, although unfortunately there isn’t always enough time for it.

Natália Hrabošová

I work in Emerosa as a sales manager and I am dedicated to cosmetics, which I like. I spend a lot of time communicating with our wholesale partners and trying to get people to buy our products in different places, including Amazon. It's nice to see how our products reach people and how they bring them joy and self-confidence. And that is probably the best reward for my work.

I like to watch make-up videos and admire what can be done with make-up. When I'm not at work, I love to spend my free time actively. Ice skating is my favorite way to relax, but nothing beats walking with my two four-legged friends. Sometimes my agama Agáta joins us, she is our little sidekick. I devote quite a lot of time to my little boy, family and close friends. Watching series and movies must also not be missing in my daily schedule.

Vladimíra Lukačková

I have been involved in the world of cosmetics and health care for more than 25 years. Its evolution and the possibilities it brings continue to fascinate me. I gained my first experience in dermocosmetics, where I built a strong foundation in understanding skin needs and active ingredients. Over time I was naturally drawn to natural and organic cosmetics, which respect the body, are gentle on nature, and offer sustainable solutions. This is the segment where I realize myself the most today—not only as a business partner, but also as someone who believes in conscious product choices. At work I communicate with wholesale partners and key clients. I consider building long-term relationships based on trust and shared values essential. I am currently expanding my expertise to include natural food supplements, herbal tinctures, and medicinal mushrooms—a logical connection between beauty and health “from the outside and the inside.” I believe quality care for body and mind should be accessible, simple, and meaningful.

In my free time I focus on family and travel—we love discovering new places, cultures, and tastes. I’m sporty—I used to play basketball; today I enjoy skiing, cycling, and hiking, and my new hobbies are tennis and padel. I also like to unwind with a good book, specialty coffee, and tasty food.

Veronika Dírerová

As part of my job, I take care of social media and communication with influencers. I strive to ensure that everyone who encounters our brand feels heard and knows that we care about their needs. At the same time, I co-create content on social media, where we aim to bring our followers inspiring, valuable, and authentic content. Being part of the everyday online life of Emerosa is a great responsibility for me, but also a joy, because I know I can contribute to building trust and relationships with our customers. I see communication as a dynamic space in which we all have the opportunity to grow together, learn, and create stronger relationships.

In my free time, I am first and foremost a mom. This role is the most important to me and fills me with immense joy. When I do find a moment for myself, I love to run; movement gives me energy and keeps me in balance. Running is a form of relaxation for me, where I can clear my mind and recharge for the days ahead. The combination of family, work, and personal hobbies is the key to a balanced and fulfilling life for me. Thanks to this, I feel motivated not only in my professional role, but also as a mom and as a person who is constantly striving to grow and develop.

Martina Grigová

At Emerosa, I work as an e-commerce manager. I’m responsible for everything that happens on our website—from uploading products to checking their accuracy and up-to-dateness. I also focus on content marketing, SEO, and email marketing—with the aim of delivering valuable content that finds its way to the right people.

In my free time, I try to keep a balance between movement and rest. I enjoy working out—it helps me recharge and clear my head. Music follows me almost everywhere—at work, during training, and while I relax. What I value most, though, is the time spent with my daughter. Our walks in nature are not only relaxing for me but also a source of inspiration and calm. And I can’t imagine a day without good coffee—it’s my little ritual that gives me motivation and energy for each day.

Soňa Trojčáková

I believe that nature is generous to us and should be protected and honored. That's how I found my place in Emerosa. Here I can not only inform and educate people about the benefits of natural cosmetics, but also ensure that their experience with our e-shop is positive and problem-free. Every day is a challenge for me to improve communication and provide individual service, so I will help our customers feel good with us - in the world of natural cosmetics.

I have a passion for books. Whether it is collecting them or experiencing the individual stories they represent, books are for me a window to other worlds and a source of endless adventure. In addition to diving into stories, I discovered a new love for the sea and all sea and (non)sea "monsters" and that is why it is my dream to complete a diving course.

Katarína Melišová

I am the one who holds the keys to the warehouse of our fragrance products. I work with a great team and together we make sure that every item that comes in and leaves our warehouse is exactly as it should be. Accuracy, organization and good communication are important in my job, as I am responsible for making sure that all our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. I am communicative, which helps me in working with colleagues and in solving unexpected situations that sometimes surprise us.

When I'm not managing the movement of pallets, boxes and products, you can most often find me in nature. Hiking is a great passion of mine - nothing beats fresh air and a view from the top of a hill that allows me to get out of my daily routine for a while, and so does reading books. My family is my cornerstone and the free time I spend with them is the most precious to me. The experiences we have together are what give me energy.

Lenka Ďurčanová

At work I also make sure that parcels are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. I pay attention so that every parcel arrives to the customer in perfect condition—wrapped with care and ready to bring joy. This process matters to me because I know how important a well-prepared product is—one that meets customers’ expectations.

In my spare time I enjoy baking cakes and making healthy sweet treats. Baking is not only about creating delicious goodies for me, but also about creativity—especially when it comes to modeling with marzipan. This activity gives me tremendous pleasure because it allows me to create unique and original designs that delight the eyes as well as the taste buds. When I still have some time left, I won’t say no to a good book that draws me into a new world and gives me a moment of relaxation. Reading lets me switch off and immerse myself in other stories, which is very refreshing for me. And if I’m in the mood for something more interactive, I also like to play a PC game or two. Games provide fun and a chance to unwind after an active day.

Zuzana Tabačková

I prepare and pack products for orders. My job involves carefully preparing packages for shipping, where every detail is important. I have experience in weighing and preparing various herbs and nuts, while I always try to meet the specific requirements of our customers. In addition, I am also responsible for receiving goods, which requires accuracy and attention.

In my free time, I like to skate, which gives me energy and helps me maintain my physical condition. I also love trips and walks in nature with my family, where I draw inspiration and relaxation. My hobbies help me maintain a balanced lifestyle that reflects my work and personal life.
