We want shopping with us to be more beneficial for you in the long run. That’s why we’ve created a tiered loyalty program, thanks to which you’ll receive an automatic discount on the entire product range based on how much you shop with us.

The loyalty program is available to registered customers – the discount is applied and used automatically within your customer account.

Loyalty tiers and discounts

Your loyalty tier is based on the total value of your orders over the last 365 days:

Spend from €120 → 3% discount on everything

Spend from €300 → 5% discount on everything

Spend from €500 → 10% discount on everything

How your spend is calculated

Only orders placed since the launch of the loyalty program – from 26 January are included in your spend.

During the first 365 days after launch, your spend is calculated from all orders placed since 26 January 2026.

After 365 days, your spend is calculated on a rolling basis for the last 365 days (this is not a calendar year).

Therefore, if you don’t shop for a longer period, older orders will gradually stop being included in your spend and your tier may change.

When the discount applies

The discount is activated automatically once you reach the required spend.

It applies to future orders within your account. Your tier may change over time based on your current spend.

Discounts and loyalty tiers do not apply to wholesale customers.
