Vegetable glycerin 100% Alteya Organics 100 ml
This organic vegetable glycerin (or glycerol) is made from organic palm oil, and works as a moisturizer. It draws moisture from the air into the upper layers of the skin or continues to draw moisture from the lower layers of the skin. It strengthens the skin's protective barriers, which not only keeps it hydrated, but also smoother and softer to the touch. Glycerin helps people fight skin diseases such as psoriasis and non-melanoma skin cancer, which are caused by abnormal proliferation and maturation of skin cells. It is also known to affect faster healing of wounds and additionally helps skin cells to grow and develop properly.
Use
- this product requires a water bath to warm and liquefy,
- water soluble,
- the recommended level of cosmetic use is 1-5% (up to 10% for intensely dry skin care products).
