Ikarov was established in 1991 as a family business driven by a passion for natural ingredients. All formulations are designed personally by the founder - engineer technologist Ivaylo Penkov, who has extensive experience in the development of cosmetic products with real know-how. Passion Quality Honesty
Following thorough internal approval checks for each product, the products are certified by the international non-governmental organisation NATRUE, based in Brussels. NATRUE is known for being one of the strictest organisations in the world. Approved products are entitled to bear the NATRUE logo and are guaranteed to:

- Free from synthetic fragrances, colourings, and preservatives
- Free from silicones, petrochemicals, and mineral oils
- No irradiation of finished products or plant ingredients

Certified products are checked every two years. Products are certified at three levels: natural cosmetics, natural cosmetics with organic content (more than 70%) and organic cosmetics (more than 95%).
How to store oils:
Store in a dark and cool place (not in the refrigerator) at a temperature of 7-25°C. They darken and solidify at minus temperatures. However, this does not change their properties and the oils return to normal when warmed. Their real enemies are light, heat, and air. Improper storage initiates a decomposition process that is easily recognisable by its smell and taste. It is recommended to use them within three months of opening the bottle. After each use, wipe the neck of the bottle, as any spilled oil can quickly spoil.
Note:
Oils are living biological products. Due to seasonal variations, different geographical origins and the quality of raw materials, there may be slight differences in colour, density and aroma between different batches.
Warning:
Since there are natural cycles of the body and at the same time during different days of the week and even at different day and night hours, the same oil is received by the skin differently. Also, the skin gets used to the oil over time, so it is good to change the oil from time to time for a better effect. Pure natural oils have almost no scent. Only essential oils have this, which have a natural fragrance. Natural antioxidants are added to increase shelf life. They enhance the beneficial effects of the oils.
