Taking care of your hair, the crown of your beauty
Hair conditioners and hair masks.
Healthy hair has an intact cuticle that adheres tightly to the surface and resembles a young pine cone in appearance. The cuticle protects the inner part of the hair, reflects light and gives the hair a beautiful, radiant appearance. The hair is also nourished and hydrated by sebum, which is formed on the scalp and also fulfils its protective function.
External factors
such as cold in winter, heat in summer, sunlight, chlorinated and sea water - constantly attack this protective layer - the hair cuticle. The result is that the hair loses hydration, nourishment, elasticity, shine and suppleness, leading to dryness, damage and breakage. Sun, heat, chlorine or sea water are a balm for your soul and body, but not so much for your hair. UV radiation and water activities disrupt the protein structure of the hair, leaving it dry, tired, dull and prone to breakage. Hair cannot regenerate itself like skin, so it needs even more hydrating and regenerating care. If the glands on the scalp stop producing sebum, the protective acid mantle of the scalp can be compromised, causing the hair to quickly dry out and become damaged. Sebum on the scalp ensures an acidic environment - which destroys bacteria and viruses. If the scalp lacks any hydration - sebum, it can become cracked and pathogens can freely penetrate the skin, disrupting the hair roots. If the problem is not addressed, it can lead not only to dryness and damage, but also to hair loss, which is a much more serious problem. The causes of dry hair and dry scalp are simple: the sebaceous glands produce too little sebum, and in particularly severe cases, none at all. It causes:
- dry hot air,
- prolonged exposure to direct sunlight,
- long blow-drying,
- frequent use of a flat iron or curling iron,
- using aggressive shampoos, soaps and other hair products,
- washing your hair too often,
- too hot water when shampooing.

Care
Healthy, untreated hair has a very smooth surface, which is responsible for its shine and softness, for example. The hair dyeing process requires a high pH value so that the hair increases in volume and dyes can penetrate it more easily. Then the pH value is reduced again. This essential procedure leads to hair damage. This is primarily because the hair surface is no longer compact and is rougher. The original lipid layer, which covered and protected the outer surface of the hair, is damaged. Despite the fact that the new dyeing products available are relatively weak, slight damage cannot be completely avoided. Frequent washing of hair, dyeing hair, UV rays, heat stress caused by a hair dryer or curling iron and mechanical stress when brushing destroy hair fibres. Weakened and damaged hair fibres are unable to properly seal the colour pigments. That is why the colour washes out and fades. Firstly and most importantly, coloured hair needs care and protection. Nourishing ingredients strengthen the hair and counteract damage so that coloured hair retains its colour pigments and regains its smoothness and shine. Coloured hair also needs protection to prolong the radiance of the colour.

The first step to beautiful and healthy hair is gentle, high-quality and moisturising shampoos, conditioners or balms and hair masks.
Just as all people need water, this applies to our entire body and also applies to our hair, from roots to ends. Only when they have the right moisture balance are our hair silky soft and irresistibly smooth.

When using a conditioner (e.g. the Rose Water Hair Conditioner (330 ml)) always follow the general rule: you should only use conditioner after every 2nd or 3rd shampoo. The ideal frequency of application varies depending on the hair type. You should use conditioner more often, especially on dry hair. Conditioner closes the hair cuticle. It then remains softer and more radiant. In addition, it makes hair easier to comb, hydrates the hair and often nourishes it. When choosing a conditioner, proceed in the same way as when using a shampoo: the right choice is based on a combination of needs. Dry or damaged hair in particular needs a lot of hydration
HAIR CONDITIONER ROSE OF BULGARIA (330 ml) - HAIR CONDITIONER ROSE OF BULGARIA

In addition to the right shampoo and conditioner, you can intensively treat hair, normal, oily, but especially dry, coloured and damaged hair with a mask (e.g.: nourishing hair mask with roses (330 ml))
NOURISHING HAIR MASK WITH ROSES (330 ml) - NOURISHING HAIR MASK ROSE OF BULGARIA
The nourishing mask is specially developed for the needs of dry and depleted hair with split ends, and hair damaged by aggressive mechanical and chemical influences, such as dyeing, bleaching, perms, rough combing or sun exposure. It contains macadamia oil, which nourishes and regenerates the damaged hair structure, natural rose water - an excellent source of active elements that help regenerate and improve the protective abilities of the hair, wheat extract and D-panthenol, which restore the hair's true smoothness, softness and shine. The hair mask is also suitable for professional use. The product is PARABEN FREE.
Dry hair
has a rough, open cuticle that is very vulnerable. Ideally, the cuticle should be closed to protect the hair from external factors that damage it. Hydrating masks help to close these cracks. They beautifully smooth the hair surface thanks to their relatively acidic pH. Apply a hair mask to your hair once a week. Masks penetrate inside the hair and act as a source of additional hydration and nourishment. Hair masks with rich, nourishing oils are particularly effective (e.g., the nourishing hair mask with rose (330 ml)).
.

If you deplete your hair of essential nutrients by dyeing it, be sure to restore them with subsequent care in the form of masks and regular visits to the hairdresser. Rinse the shampoo and all products – conditioner and mask – thoroughly from your hair with lukewarm, not hot, water.
Remember, beautiful hair is hair that is healthy and well-maintained.
