Organic Cedarwood essential oil is extracted from the Cedrus Deodara tree using steam distillation. The oil has a light yellow colour and a pleasant fresh wood smell. The oil prevents unpleasant itching, has a great effect on acne, oily skin and dandruff. It also helps in the treatment of urinary tract infections, and is good for stuffy nose, arthritis and rheumatism.

Use

When treating existing breakouts as well as new ones, add a few drops of oil to your standard cream, lotion or a light base vegetable oil such as pomegranate, hemp seed and jojoba,
for hair loss, a combination of several essential oils is recommended - cedarwood, thyme, lavender or rosemary, fromdilute them in a base oil and apply the resulting mixture to the scalp with light massage movements and leave on for at least half an hour, then wash off,
to calm asthma, coughs and other discomforts that make breathing difficult, add a few drops of cedarwood essential oil to the diffuser and inhale,
to relieve breathing difficulties and related symptoms, massage the throat and chest areas.
