Wooden Spoon Flaxseed Oil 30 ml
Flaxseed oil is a record holder in the content of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which makes up 50% to 60% of its composition. This essential fatty acid is key for the skin, as the body cannot produce it on its own. Studies confirm that topical application of ALA significantly strengthens cell membranes and increases skin's resistance to external aggressors, such as smog or extreme weather.
Flaxseed oil acts as a liquid repairer. Our skin has a protective shield of fats on its surface, which is disrupted by age or adverse weather. This oil contains a huge amount of healthy fats (omega-3) that will fill those cracks in the shield. The result is that moisture does not escape from the skin, the skin remains "plumped up" and stops itching or feeling tight.
Thanks to its ability to suppress the production of pro-inflammatory substances, this oil is invaluable for skin conditions. It demonstrably reduces the symptoms of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and acne. Flaxseed oil naturally enters the lipid layer of the skin, soothing itching and burning without clogging pores.

What are the benefits of flaxseed oil?
- A true savior for dry skin,
- reduces redness and irritation,
- leaves the skin soft,
- helper for hair and nails
- improves elasticity
How long does Wooden Spoon 30 ml flaxseed oil last?
With daily use of 3 – 5 drops on the face, this package will last you approximately 2 to 3 months, which is the ideal time for its fresh consumption. It is recommended to consume it within 3-6 months. Flaxseed oil is among the oils that oxidize (turn yellow) the fastest due to its high content of sensitive omega-3 fatty acids.
What can flaxseed oil help you with?
A real savior for dry skin
Dry skin lacks fats that keep moisture in the skin. Flaxseed oil, thanks to its huge amount of alpha-linolenic acid, fills the gaps in the skin barrier. This creates an invisible protective film that locks moisture inside. The result is the end of unpleasant flaking, tightness, and rough skin.
Reducing redness and irritation
Flaxseed oil is known for its strong anti-inflammatory properties. It contains substances that can "cool" inflamed areas. It is an ideal helper after excessive sun exposure, in reaction to cold, or if you have skin prone to rosacea. The oil immediately soothes sensory receptors in the skin, thereby reducing itching and burning.
Skin as soft as silk
Flaxseed oil deeply softens the skin. Fatty acids penetrate the upper layer of the skin, increasing tissue suppleness. Just a few minutes after application, you will feel a significant difference in texture, your skin will be velvety and smooth to the touch.
Improving skin elasticity
With increasing age or stress, the skin loses its ability to "bounce back" and wrinkles appear. Flaxseed oil stimulates regenerative processes and helps keep collagen fibers hydrated. Nourished skin is more supple, firmer, and better resists mechanical stress (e.g., from facial expressions). It thus acts as a natural prevention against premature sagging of facial contours.
Helper for hair and nails
In cosmetics, flaxseed oil acts as a universal regenerating serum. When you apply the oil to the ends of your hair, you create a protective coating on them that prevents splitting and gives them high shine without weighing them down. If you have brittle and fragile nails, the oil will give them the necessary flexibility. Massaging the nail bed also improves blood circulation around the nail, promoting healthier and faster growth.

How to use it?
The oil is ideal as the last step of your evening care.
- The basis is moist skin: Never apply oil to completely dry face. After cleansing the skin, use flower water (hydrosol) or leave the skin slightly moist after washing.
- Just 2 to 3 drops. Rub them in your palms to gently warm the oil.
- Gently press your palms to your face, neck, and décolleté. The oil thus better connects with the moisture on the skin and absorbs deeper.
Tip: If you prefer a creamy texture, add 1 drop of oil directly into your palm with your favorite night cream and apply together.
Comedogenicity
Level 4 out of 5. Flaxseed oil has a high degree of comedogenicity. This means it has a tendency to clog pores. It is therefore excellent for dry, flaky, and mature skin, but not recommended for acne-prone, blackhead-prone, or oily skin.
Absorbability
It is classified among medium-fast absorbing oils. It doesn't stay on the surface as long as, for example, castor oil, but it leaves a noticeable protective film. On damp skin, it absorbs within a few minutes; on dry skin, it can feel greasy.
Warning
In case of allergy to any ingredient of the product, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Test on a small area of skin before use. Store in a cool and dry place.

PositivesTento lej pomáha regenerovať a vyhladzovať pokožku.
