RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Chew and swallow a maximum of 10 Sea World gelatins 3 times a day. (60 g = 30 pieces)

The product SEABuckthorn gelatine and its effects are not based on the vitamin content, but on the content of sea buckthorn, which is the main ingredient of the product, including the fruit juice. Sea buckthorn is a naturally rich source of vitamins and biologically active substances and has no set daily recommended dose. We recommend 6-10 gelatins per day.
