Washing powder Sonett 1. 2 kg
100% degradable, free of phosphates, enzymes, anti-caking agents, fillers, optical brighteners, effective at temperatures of 40-95°C. Not suitable for wool, silk and microfibres.
Dosage:
Machine washable: up to 4.5 kg laundry
Soft water: 50-90 ml
Medium hard water: 50-90 ml + 30 ml softeners
Hard water: 50-90 ml + 60 ml softeners
Note: The effects of soap detergents can only fully develop in soft water, therefore it is NECESSARY to add a softener to each wash.
Product features:
For soap-based detergent, soft water is a prerequisite. With the SONETT MODULAR SYSTEM, the prerequisite is created so that the unrivalled advantages of soap can also be exploited with harder water. Without antifoaming agents, fillers, optical polishes, phosphates and any enzymes.
The origin and properties of the individual components:
SONETT detergent contains soap as the main active ingredient, which is made from various vegetable oils, palm, rapeseed, coconut and olive, by boiling with lye. The oils come partly from organic or bio-dynamic production. As an active detergent, soap uniquely combines all the properties necessary for the washing process to wet the dirt, dissolve it and absorb it. Soda is produced by converting lime using table salt. Orthosilicate is formed by melting silica sand and soda. Soda and orthosilicate strengthen the washing liquor by their alkalinity and promote the release of particularly fatty substances. Zeolite A and layered silicate have siliceous rocks as a starting material. In addition to their calcium binding properties in water, these ingredients also bind organic substances dissolved in the washing water and colour pigments and prevent them from settling on the laundry. The coconut oil derivative supports the soap in its fat-dissolving function.
Biodegradation
Vegetable oil soap has the peculiarity compared to all other cleaning agents that immediately after use it combines with the calcium always contained in the waste water to form calcium soap and thus neutralises itself in its surface effect on aquatic organisms (primary degradation). The calcium soap is then 100% decomposed by micro-organisms into carbon dioxide and water (secondary degradation). In the process of producing sugar tensides and coconut derivatives, the plant raw materials of starch, sugar and fat are extracted but the parts remain fully preserved in their natural structure. Therefore, it is easy for microorganisms to fully degrade these tensides. Soap, sugar tensides and coconut oil derivatives are considered by the OECD to be readily biodegradable.
