If you are a registered user and it seems to you that the product does not meet your expectations, either because of quality or because of health restrictions (allergy, skin redness, skin rashes...) you don't have to feel bad. Just contact us and we will take care of everything. We don't want you to feel forced to hold onto a product that doesn't suit you. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us and your order value will be refunded to your account within fourteen working days or as a purchase credit towards your next purchase by sending us a specially generated coupon.
