Organic rosemary oil is obtained by steam distillation from the flowers of Rosmarinus Officinalis. It has a transparent colour and a fresh herbal scent. It is characterized by great brain stimulating abilities, thus improving memory and concentration. It has a wide range of uses in combating headaches, neurological disorders and fatigue. It also improves hair growth and has a positive effect on the skin as well, helping to eliminate acne, dermatitis and eczema. It is effective in improving appetite, boosting immunity and relieving symptoms of digestive disorders such as flatulence and bloating. Because of its relaxing effect on muscles and joints, it is popularly used in massages.

Use

• diffuse when you need to increase your concentration and improve focus,
• Dilute rosemary essential oil in a carrier oil and gently massage the abdomen to aid digestion and relieve any indigestion,
• Mix rosemary essential oil with a light carrier oil and treat irritated or dry skin.

Blends well with: orange, cedar, tea tree
