Why use essential oils?

Usage:

Massages: Mix 2–3 drops of oil with 7–10 ml of carrier vegetable oil (e.g. almond, jojoba, olive). Gently massage into the skin of the temples, neck area or feet. A massage with this oil can help relieve tension, headaches and promote relaxation.
Bath: For a refreshing bath, add 5–10 drops of essential oil to warm water along with an emulsifier, such as whole milk, a spoonful of honey, cream or neutral bath salts. The emulsifier ensures even dispersion of the oil in the water and prevents skin irritation. A bath with this oil will invigorate the body and mind, aid digestion and relieve tension.
Warning:
Essential oils are highly concentrated, always use them diluted with a carrier oil. For outdoor use only. Never take essential oil internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
